Originally from Canada Russ Wozniak graduated with a degree in civil engineering. Before moving to Hawaii. After working on the Island of Maui for a number of years he moved to Oahu to complete a Doctorate of Architecture at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. While there he met Mike Hill and the two build a friendship centered around design and helping people. Russ is a charismatic guy and someone who gets things done. Writing his dissertation on Hawaii’s homeless housing issue placed Russ on the forefront of this dire social need, and made him a trusted advocate/adviser for the City and County of Oahu on how to manage this problem.

In addition to devoting time to re_THINK and helping to manage day to day operations. Russ is a practicing engineer and architectural designer focusing on low income housing.
